Hibernia intro quest bugged/broken

In the very first quest you acquire in Hibernia (I think the name is Intro to Mag Mell or something) it goes along fine until part #6 where you must talk to the merchant NPC (his name is Anice) about Armor Factor. Now when you click or /say [Armor Factor] nothing happens and this makes proceeding with the quest impossible. Everyone seems to be having this problem and, while humorous, I am growing tired of seeing new characters yelling ARMOR FACTOR at the npc to no avail.

It would be very helpful if this quest was fixed.

We know about that issuse, this quests will be overworked at the moment.

They all seem to be fixed from what I've seen thank you very much.
