Midgard strange weapon

I was hit by a shammy with the weapon "Azure Soul Quander" it procced a LifeDrain proc on me.
I've searched this weapon on my DB and inet, and i didnt found this weapon.
Could any GM throw a light on this?

It must be a very old exemplar. A few years ago the name was misstyped, as you can see.

Name is wrong,its actually a Azure Soul Quencher.
