wen i start launcher it ccontinualy apears a box saying HTTP/1.1 404 not found

What launcher are you talking about? Never have heard of DOLLoader 1.77+ (which is the most versatile) showing this behaviour... :?

This behaviour is shown by the DOL-Launcher,that isn´t supported by versions 1.77+. So if you are trying to connect to Uthgard with a game-version higher than 1.77 you have to use the DOL-Loader.
