Uthgard Luncher startet nicht....

Hi ihrs !

Ich hab seit neusten das Problem das mein Uth luncher nicht startet, hab gestern mei pc neu gemacht und alles neu installiert. Der Pc läuft soweit auch einwandfrei, treiber und alles drauf ....
Nur wenn ich dann denn uth luncher starten will kommt folgende meldung:

"The application failed to initialize properply (0xc0000135). Click on OK to terminate the application."

vielleicht kennt ihr das problem ja ?

Würd mich über Hilfe sehr freuen !

Sieht schwer dannach aus als wenn Frameworks.net 2.0 fehlen würde.
