How to get Friar´s Fury to work

style info says its a prev counter evade style, but it seams to be broken.
if start hiting the key to start teh style after an evade but i get no style animation and no style damage bonbuses nor a bleeding. so there is no style success but after the 10 try there should be one. so how do i get the style to work???? thx for advice mfg England
