I don't speak German so excuse the English response. It is not always possible for GMs to answer immediately. If you have clear proof of obvious bug abuse (such as any enemy realm on any opposing realm's stairs) action can be taken after the fact in most cases. However, you seem to have blocked out all of the names, so what did you want done exactly?

es ist unmöglich auf die stufe zu kommen ohne lag zu abusen und es wurde sogar vor kurzem jemand genau dafür gebannt
