Uthgard launcher startet nicht

hm hab jetz mal mein pc wieder formatiert musste natürlich jetz daoc und so neuinstallieren und der uthgard launcher startet sich nit und gibt ne fehlermeldung:

The application failed to intialize properly (0xc0000135). Click on OK to terminate the application

kann mir jemand bitte helfe vorm formatiern ging ja noch alles hab ich irgendwas vergessen?

hm ja hab ich auch grad gelesen wusste garnit das man sowas dafür brauch trotzdem danke für die schnelle antwort und sorry für spam
