Perhaps I'm to stupid, but I can't open the shop windows

Hi,

So yesterday I ahve created my first character, I have just played half an hour or something like that.
Now I had to see, that I neither can open the shop widnwos in Caer Gothwaite, nor in the Hafen von Gothwaite. What do I do wrong? At first I left klick on the merchant and at second I) rigthclick on it, but nothing happens.

Please help.

The area is bugged. If you want to deal with a merchant you got to move to Adribards Retreat or Caer Witrin.
