Grundstück kaufen, aber nicht bebauen

Wenn man ein Gründstück kauft muss man das direkt bebauen?
Oder kann man damit warten?

Ich meint mich zu erinnern, dass man ein bisschen Zeit, es zu bebauen. Sind wohl 7 Tage, dann bist du das Grundstück wieder los. Hängt glaube ich damit zusammen, dass du ohne Haus keine Miete einzahlen kannst... und die erste wird nach einer Woche fällig.
