autotrain and respecs for bow

if i were to go bow at lvl till lvl 20, then respec to melee, would i lose any or all autotrain points?
i have been told there is no autotrain. i have been told you screwed yourself, reroll... |

Your autotrain points get added IF you spec in that line. Ie. you get them for free. No need to reroll.
