Getting Creeping Death off

Hey,
So I have a horrible time getting to use my Creeping Death follow-up. Do you guys try to PA and quickly do some sort of stick/sprint type followup so you can CD, or do you manually flip around knowing they will run through you? Sword of the Dragon

hmmm, i just stick before getting PA off, not had a problem ever, Stick > get close enough to PA > still on stick CD > SS

always used to sprint to make sure cd lands

I started Perfing with Disease on MH so they slow down and making sure I /face before I even do my Perf...seems to work okay for the most part

I line it up and when I am ready to Perf I hit PA-stick in quick succession, almost simultaneously. Then cd, I don't do anything special behind that it is lands for me assuming it is not a wiff.
