What does CD effect?

Hey,

I know Dualweapons Alb are for the to-hit chance for the offhand, but what about Celtic Dual on Hib? Is it just for the Damage of the CD Styles or more?

same as alb, your dmg will depends on line spec you use (blade, piercing, CS). this will boost your offhand % chance.
