Can someone tell me if DOT (Moon Dot and Mentalism Dot) is stackable?
Some say yes, and the other say no
And also i m asking which RA for critical DoT?

Easy to test ... Just apply them to a mob and you will see that you have 2 different damages on it.

Yes, they stack. There are a few situations that cause DoTs to stack, and they only need 1 of the following:

1. Different damage type. A matter DoT will stack with a body DoT.

2. Different damage timers. A 4.0 ticking DoT will stack with a 5.0 ticking DoT, even if they're the same damage type.

Knowing this, it's actually possible to stack 3 DoTs relatively easy with a Mentalist/NS duo. The poison on the weapon stacks with 2 mentalist DoTs. Using this, I was able to duo with a NS and we were killing red con mobs in about 10-12 seconds each.

Menta like Alb Cab can apply 3 dots on a mob.
