What should I be able to charm with 4 Light at level 50?

I've not found solid info on this, and I'm aware of the open issue on pet resists, but what do people believe should be charmable at level 50 with 4+11 (+RR) Light spec? There's a Humanoid only restriction but I thought greys and greens should be doable?
I guess the question is, what should we be able to charm if the server was 1.65 correct, and what can we actually charm? |

 Does anyone know how it works on uthgard? I'm about to put some points into light as sideline as well if the lowlevel charm makes up for it. But it's hard to test on my own without a respec. Best regards Zaya |
