Hey all,

my hero (bolg, 50 LW/shield) is about to get templated. I've quite some experience with the concept of a def/peel tank (played one before), but I'm uncertain which spear I should choose:
- 4.6 delay for highest peel rate
- 5.6 delay for highest burst dmg
- 5.0 for a trade-off between the former.

Oppinions?

Even 4.6 feels slow against pbt sometimes, and double pbt groups you will want the ****** 15 dps 3.4 speed spear. Max that quickness in your temp!

Thanks for the feedback! So you suggest 4.6?

The 4.6 didn't do anything for me. It was a joke every time I used spear when I had it. Then again I only have 38 spear.

Now that I have a 5.6 spd, spear is actually worth using now. I notice a major improvement in the overall team performance. Me and the eldritch can actually setup kills on the furthest extended tank now. The eld won't kill anything by himself. He needs an assist. That's where the 5.6 spd damage comes in.

People say PBT is an issue. Just mess around with shield slams and weapon swaps if you catch my drift
