The title says it all.
 I have some detail questions that I cannot figure out myself: 1) What is the difference between the three RA levels? Is it the radius? The aggro generated? 2) Does this Taunt interrupt enemy spellcasters just like the regular taunt shout does? |

i guess almost no one can answer these questions, since no one ever seriously uses that. But you only need one friend to test it yourself, as long as the beta server is still up.
And to be honest, even if it would rupt casters around you - still not worth it for 13 points... |

If you want to rupt caster around you use aoedd charge (DF cook room)
