How to do? im at the moonstone twin 4th step, killed the faerie court a couple of time and nothing dropped, what am i missing?

anyone know the exact steps?

Does anyone know if factions are working? I'm at a step for the lev where i need to be neutral to "dergans?" They are currently aggressive.

Factions do not work on Uthgard.
