Bards gimp without MoC?

Just curious how bards will fare on new Uthgard without Mastery of Concentration. The healer and sorcerer class has them, will bards have a rough time? Or are they still stronger in certain areas?

I know we have amnesia, but not sure it beats MoC =p

well amnesia is free moc is not
