lvl 50 creep spec / template question

Lvl 50 ani 50 creep/ 20 Verd

How useful is +11 for anything in animist template? will 50+11 make damage of forest turrets higher or more consistent than just 50 without +11 from template?

Thank you, just trying to understand endgame animist better.

Your damage will be slightly higher, and your power cost will be the same, as I understand it.

If you're open to alternatives and simply want to be high creeping to lolspam shrooms, I'd suggest instead going something closer to 35-39 Creeping and the rest Arb, with perhaps 7 Verd for the bubble. You don't get a lot of good stuff going to 50 in Creeping, and the primary mileage you get out of a high Creeping is an efficient L50 Baseline turret, rather than the damage and spec skills. You still get a decent (albeit not the best) controlled snare turret, and a decent (again, albeit no the best) AoE root, which is most notable for its quick cast time rather than its AoE effect. And in RvR, when killing a specific, most of the time you want to use your baseline Arboreal Lifetap, not a bomber, to blow things up. This is because Bombers a.) don't interrupt casters; b.) take forever to get to the target (so your target might actually be dead before the bomber does anything) and c.) can, on occasion, bug out and simply not hit your target (although it's really #1 and #2 that drive this desire to lifetap).

In PvE, basically nothing matters except turret uptime, which an aggregate Creeping of 50 achieves just fine.

Nope. FnF's stop nuking aswell. Verdant Pboa nuke is fubar aswell, but thats a 1.65 feature. I havent even checked the melee debuffs or the absorb buffs, but basically the whole class is borked.

So they have the only dmg-spell in the game that doesnt rupt, right?
Does that also mean their bombers dont set anyone into combat? Probably not but still ... weird unique mechanic. I never touched ani on live

Are you sure of what you are advancing ? Do you have tested this fact in game ??

First post mentioning its not rupting i found is in a german daocforum, end 2006

A fix for this was made in patch 1.86, launch of LOTM addon, also end of 2006

But why does it say "once again" if bombers never rupted before!

I've been under the impression that it's an Uthgard bug, not a Live bug, but in any case, it's a thing we get to live with. Use Lifetap for nuking casters. :)

if a robot attacks the first emitter lens, it will be destroyed.
this is where the spare comes in.

oh and the robot will blow up. since he was not killing me i used it for shield.
