is debuff working in PVE?

hi, if i use the wispinferno in pve with the 5% bodydebuff i cant notice any damage increase with my shrooms or with DD..is that only working in pvp or means only itembased resistances?

now with the bugfix of the debuff of ench the body debuff of animist is working correct:)...thnx staff
