How should Static Tempest work?

Howdy,

I cannot seem to find sources providing clear evidence of how static tempest worked during 1.65. Can someone pitch in?

I am concerned with stun immunity - Does it give stun immunity or not? And if not, then will it remove previous stun immunity like it did with new RA's on Uthgard "1.0"?
Uth1: Equade rr10 ranger, Fight rr7 sb, Sinwar rr6 thane
Genesis: Swift rr7 champ, Reaperinho rr6 vw, Sinwar rr5 eld
Uth2: NS, VW and Eld

Static Tempest Active 30 min. 14 0 0 0 0 N/A N/A
Ground-targetted radius cloud spell that lasts 30 seconds. Every 7 seconds anyone near the object representing the center of the cloud is stunned for 3 seconds.

"every" seams to be meaning that if you are stunned by ST you get stunned everytime => no immunity (to be confirmed by staff or more proof/research )

IF you are immune to stun effect before entering ST ? => to be discussed / researched

Do you have evidence for it Austerim?

I've seen talks of both cases on the old barrysworld forums (freddyshouse).

This RA is absolutely worthless if it works like a generic stun, only giving 3 seconds one time and then a 1-minute immunity. But if that is the way it was, then I guess it should still be so..

It removed immunites, dont have any Proof but we changed our SG Setup soley bc of this back in the Day.

Slam, DD's, ST, Slam, DD's, Chain Lightning, WoC. Good times ;) The amounts of fun I had vs. 3-4 man stealth groups was immense.. I'm sad now :(

just tested this out to confirm - static tempest gives immunity after the first stun hits. all those points just to help out the other realms with stun immunity. ridiculous.

Well I just came back to Uthgard and rolled a Thane. She was going to be my main RVR toon. After reading all the stuff here, I guess not. Maybe a farming toon?

Guess I am back to my warrior for main rvr.
