Leveling spec? RvR place?

I read that summoning was broken but some say it is fixed.

Wondering in this patch level, what the latest word is for best leveling spec?

Also wondering what the latest is on SM's place in endgame rvr. What spec is preferred and your role in groups etc?

Any updates here would be great. im thinking of twinking an SM when i cant play my skald (only playing it in a 3 man setup with friends).
I guess summoning till 20 and then spec to supression?

Imo best leveling spec is go full supp. Best RvR spec is Dark tho, since you got more utility for the group. Sadly very little groups run SM :-(
