Is this RA broken or working as intended for patch 1.65? I can't remember how Tireless worked on live back in 1.65.

It works, but out of combat. Not worth getting on Uthgard.

it works in combat too. While in combat ticks every 8 secs iirc, the amount regenerated per tick depends on the level of tireless

I tried tireless 5 during beta, totally worthless unfortunately.

as said, old RA tireless reduces the time between ticks by the prescribed amount, all other limitations are in effect, like standing combat etc.

NF RA Tireless increases the amount of endu per tick, which is much better but out of scope unfortunately.

I play with tireless 1 only cause when i travel with my war endo up slowly 'im not forced to sit ;) but definetly useless at this patch level ye

From what I've read Tireless is broken as intended.

This means it was broken during 1.65 patch so it is broken(doesn't match the description) on uthgard intentionally.

The intended behavior (description) was to decrease time between ticks for overall endo regen.

Instead the actual behavior was to make a 2nd set of endo ticks that only regenerate 1 endo per tick. These ticks are every 8 sec with tireless 1, down to every 4 sec with tireless 5. With this behavior tireless 5 is only twice as effective as tireless 1, and both are only a small fraction as effective as shaman endo 1.

On live it was fixed in like patch 1.7x or something.

Sure, i agree that its working as it was in DAoC 1.65; but this is something that could be fixed if there was a desire to do so.

but was it broken on live or not? or was it simply bad but not broken.

It may be your desire (and someone else's too), but not the GMs desire, since they want a server as close as possible to 1.65 version, like they state on the main webpage and in the faqs.
Take it or leave it. In Tireless's case, leave it.
