Template stats ... spirit or parry?

So for templating a skald, I've found that to cap everything, I essentially have to leave two things empty. Matter is the obvious first choice. What would be the second best thing to leave empty? Was thinking either spirit resist or parry, though I am not sure how important spirit resist will be.

So my question for those kind enough, what is the second best resist/skill to leave empty? Is spirit resist important? (theurg mez, cleric stun/dd)

it depends a bit on your playstyle...solo or rupter in a group
if it is the last
i'd cap the resis and leave out parry
you didnt mention BS i hope you dont waste Points there ;)
