Cure Poison?

How important is cure poison? I haven't played Daoc in a long time and I have no idea if it's really needed. I'm sure in RvR there will be poison but I guess what I'm asking is, does the poison hurt enough to use my time to cure it?

You will be curing disease alot, however curing poison often isn't a big concern unless at keep fights. Usually you have more important things to do during open field fights and you usually only encounter aoe dot classes by keeps or massive zerg fights.
