Before make an issue, i want to be sure that the problem exist.

I never make any critical hit with my bolt, DD and DOT. Is it normal ?
I am sure that 10 years ago i can crit with my Shamy, but i don't remember if in 1.65 it is.

So if someone can confirm or not...

thanks

Only "robed" casters do have a basechance of 10% on their directspells, excluding dots.
So your shaman and any fully casterclass will have to skill wild arcana(5% chance per) to enable crits on their dots,
as pweet said.

There is no way a shaman can make crit bolt or direct dmg with 1.65 patch due to the lack of the ra "wild power" for shamans.
