Since I read different opinions on this, I would like to ask the following question:
At this patch level, is it useful to have items with +Aug, +Heal or +Paci?
If so, what do they influence? Resist rate, amount of healing done, etc..?

Thanks :)

+ heal wil reduce variance on yourbaseline heals, + aug will improve the effectiveness of buffs, + Pac does nothing.

+pac doesn't affect the chance of mezz working, nor the duration?

So, for a paci spec, like 44pac 31mend, is it of any use to get +aug in tp?

For a pac healer it is especially important to have +11 aug yes, as this raises your base buffs value.
For an aug healer with decent RR you need less +aug in the template, as you cap at +48 aug combined(the last base buff is lvl 48).
