Hello !
I would like to know if you can tell me a spec for BD just for PVE Farming and which race is better kobold or troll!

Depends on spec.
Troll carries more.
Kobold casts faster.
But casting speed doesn't matter much when you're only casting 2 DoTs or just sending pets.
