Theurgist leveling tips?

Are there any halfway decent solo spots for mid 40's? Occasionally there's down time in groups looking for thurgs, since apparently every single alb group sits in LB and LB alone. I'd just like a hedge for gold farming/xp bar moving until a spot opens up.

Dartmoor giants are weak to spirit but the aggro in that zone makes it tough to not die solo. If your guild has a keep claimed in the frontiers and you can find some yellow/oj mobs it can be pretty great (especially if you can convince a necro to come along), at least until you get ganked...
