Healp spec Paladin plx

Best spec for pvm and for rvr (defend cleric-mage) I am undecided between:

(Autotraning lvl 40)
44sword
42shield
48chant
6parry

or

(Autotraning lvl 48)
39sword
48shield
48chant
2parry


My goal is to be a guild tank pve and rvr.

I would go for:
42 Shield (Slam)
47 Chants (Heat Resist)
39 Slash (Cap Composite 51)
rest on Parry

With a few RRs (like RR3) you can get Purge - MoB and be more than OK for PvE and RvR purposes.
With this spec you'll have all the necessary tools needed for you.
