Necro pet attack in passive mod, whenever I use a spells, is anyone else has this problem?

Yes, it's how it was in the beta. That bug makes snare useless because the pet breaks its own snare. Also using quickcast is kinda tricky, you need to time it perfectly if you wanna cast two spells.

I thought they fixed it, but apparently not anymore. I can recall that the pet did not attack if it was passive in the time before i50 hit in beta.
This makes using the abomination pretty tricky again, with the huge delay because of the 2h weapon. Albion Forever!

I think the biggest thing is the snare, you cant cast it without braking it. Also on passive pet sometime still runs target after a cast (just stands there next to it, but it still runs at it)

This bug existed on live for years.
When a pet is in passive mode and is attacked, he replied once. Did the team decide to implements bug ? I don't know, but it sucks. There's many live-like-bug concerning necro : - They can't use purge to demezz their pet - You don't see the pet health in group window, you see the shade health - Pet are interrupted by all insta debuff (like any other mob) - Mezz / Root duration is increased due to low level of pet - Pets are not healed by Spread heal - and probably others I don't know if Uthgard is live like concerning this bug, as it can be considered as feature ( ![]() It would have been great and easier to implements if instead of summoning a pet, the caster would have been transformed into an abomination ![]() RIP : Ectoplasme

I think right now it shows the health of the pet not the shade. But if you click it from mini, you target the shade. At least that's what my cleric buddy said. |

Oh, ok, i was wrong on the detail but crap feature still there. You can't heal the pet ![]() RIP : Ectoplasme

What I always did (during and still after, old habits and all..) was to hotkey the pet attack command and switch pet to attack immediately before using facilitate painworking. You need to make sure the shade is not casting and that the pet swings once before popping FP. As soon as you see the pet swing, pop FP and queue fist spell, as soon as pet starts casting pop 2nd spell, and if you have enough DEX queue 3rd spell the same way. |
