They should fix Painworking

I know it wouldn't be very "classic" to up the DoT dmg on Painworking spec... But that spec really only has 2 unstackable DoTs.
Could they add a 2nd DoT or up the damage on the spec DoTs?

Warlocks (I know, not in this game version) have 84 dmg/pulse DoTs.
Necro's single cast is 66 dmg/pulse DoT.
Necro's AoE is in the 70s, but still sub par to the locks. Especially since it's a pbae DoT with zero range.

Could make the necros sorta useful in keep defense.
Good in lord's room.
Good for popping out, pbaeing, and jumping back in.


Highly unlikely, but I figured I throw it out there.

Having the only dot in the game, that can rupt enemies every tick sounds pretty useful for keep-stuff 8O

What do you mean rupt enemies?

Oh... Their DoT interrupts enemies?
That's assuming you get close enough for it to land. If they were on the keep door, and you jumped out, pbae'd, and ran back in, it could be useful I guess. But that's only if they're on the keep door.

yes, its a useless spec/class combo.

necro pet runs into melee range of <enemy>
necro pet dies.

final rush on a keeper room
pet stay put, shade goes up to check and target
shade goes back down on a safe place
send pet to target
miniMOC pbae Dot that rupts every tic x2
rush realm

can do too :)

(must admit it is really a specific situation ^^ not sure if it works to send your pet outside while stying safe on the inside from the walls to help for a rush out locking the casters)

If necro pet are live-like 1.65, then :
- They can't use purge while the pet is mezzed
- You don't see the pet health in group window
- Pet are interrupted by all debuff (like any other mob)
- Mezz / Root duration is increased due to low level of pet
- Pets are not healed by Spread heal

They get a mezz cure in 1.69, too late.

Maybe in keep they can be usefull if they don't die by an ae dot (not visible in mini group).

But maybe this point won't be 1.65 like since it looks like a load of bugs.
