Flute from legion

So it seem on alb, the only class that can get a s/c charge is the minstrel from the flute that drops from legion? However, I have never seen one of theses for sale. I know it exists, but how many have actually dropped and how much is this flutes estimated worth? Is it ever likely to appear on the market since the max asking price seems to be capped at ~214p...is that even enough?

300p is the likely price.
And that is if you are lucky enough to find someone selling it, which I doubt. Albion and having fun

Well it would appear someone has actually put one up for sale on market for ~215p (much lower than the est 300p). Unfortunately I cant afford it (unless I get some other lucky drops to sell). At least its available I suppose. Lets hope I get lucky before it goes.
