Don't get me wrong, material prices are really low for those. But with this very low population, you'll need luck to find a flechter ready to lose 10 hours for a few MP drums at "decent" price..

Lower Matter to 5% on instrument for a 99%.

If you rather lower spirit, swap the 9% matter on weapon with the 9% spirit from feet and then 5% spirit on your instrument.

About 70% Condition instrument : You should not be able to cast your song.
I know that fact because it happened to me more than once during official DAoC SI times.

However, old grab bags shown that the 35% bonus from enchant should not affect pulse duration.

What do you mean 'it was shorter'? Pulses only last 6 sec. I tested it with a 70% dura drum and it still only lasted 6s.

You don't get ALL capped (including Power) with just decent jewelry. I never got even close before I started looking into ROG items. 6 weeks ago, you had to decide between Stealth OR Power, but now you can get both. This is a ridiculous increase in utility. You can argue if you even need Power or not, but it is possible to have it all.

Here's what I came up with, using only 3 MP parts. Gloves, boots and shield. Perfect for DD, haste and AF charges
All STR comes from jewelry so if you are carrying a ram you will still be able to move with Lifter 1, if you loose buffs at any point.
I left DEX low as it only effects demez cast speed and a very minor impact to your already low evade chance.
Can cap thrust resist by making MP sleeves and using a +11 thrust resist gem, I just made this to a budget.
Edit: has cap QUI with sword and shield equipped, and caps +11 instrument, stealth and slash. So nothing is lost on swap.
