Every Template should have following short hand information at the beginning of the post: - Cheap / Normal / Expensive - Full cap or not - are all important stats, resists, skills, hp, power, focus capped or are certain things missing - MP, 99% or a mix - Jewelery hard to get or easy to get - expensive or cheap Optional: - Mob/Merchant name and location for jewelery - Moras file Don't use this thread for discussion about the templates! Uthgard Beta Mercenary Templates by Mercxxasillya
- Cheap - Full cap ("soft" cap on shield) - All 99% piece expect Hands MP - Very easy farm jewellery - Can be easy modified to full cap shield aswell (with some more effort on MP piece/better jewellery) That tp is rly easy to craft, every piece is 99% with only 1 mp (you can make a full 99% tp, you just give up some point into some stats) every piece have 5 point overcharge on spellcrafting The jewellery is easy to farm, most is from DF You cap DW and Thrust when you hold 2 weapons (+11 on Thrust and DW) You cap Thrust and "soft" cap shield when hold shield + main hand (+11 Thrust and + 6 shield) If you spec Slash or Crush just change the Thrust bonus with Slash or Crush MERCXXASILLYA (saracen Mercenary) SPEC: 50 DW 42 Shield 39 Thrust 13 Parry (Full AT Thrust until lvl 48) If you have any question just PM me in game or on forum. Here's one I made. It's a non shield spec, Slash/DW @ 50. You could drop some parry to cap matter if interested. I also have some extra points on the sleeves that overcap either spirit or energy, so I'm sure I can optimize this a little more somewhere and get another +2 resist hopefully. First time making a template so here it is

Put the quickness on the weapon and the constitution on the boots. If you are rooted for example and take out your Shortbow to rupt someone you will lose the constitution and if you switch back to your weapon you will have to re-reg or get healed for the amount of HP the +22 constitution give you. Otherwise, nice setup. Albion Forever!

What are the odds of success on the 32.5/28 items? Allakhazam is saying 62% at 1100 SC, is that considered good?

With a 99 quality, level 51 item, you can imbue (over charge) up to 33.5. With a 100% quality its 37.5 The SCer needs to make all the gems 99 quality, and then there will be something like 0.5 - 1% chance of the item exploding. If the SCer makes a single gem 100% quality instead, there should be no chance of exploding. This is what normal templates do and there is very little risk involved. My chance for exploding numbers are a good guideline but might be off by like 1/2 a percent, I can't recall some minor details. Nezix - 50 Minstrel <The Band>

Cheapest MP pieces would be gloves, boots and sleeves. Due to sellback losses on retries, here's a comparison, Source: Motog. Sellback loss, or per retry cost for Improved Mail: Chest:--------------122g 3s 46c Pants and Helm:----73g 4s 58c Sleeves:-------------48g 98s 88c Boots and Gloves:--24g 93s 18c So whoever sold those MP pants cheaper than a pair sleeves was either being generous, or didn't do the math That said, here's my template. A few fairly expensive bits but easily farmed with 3-4 players. and 5 MP pieces (6 if you want dex fully capped.) +Crush skill gems can of course be swapped to the weapon type you prefer.
