how does it work?
str/con debuff is -118 -118 means -118 str & -118 con or -64str & -64con ? -(118-resis) or will the debuff ignore resis? |

I didn't test, but am curious.
Does secondary resist apply to the debuff aswell ? If i have Avoidance of Magic +10%, does it count for debuff ? (after primary resist applied, i know, but does it count ?) |

Will charged debuff stack with str/con debuff poison
