here are the anytimer for thrust infs:

Thrust
Puncture - high fatigue, GR 0.31, medium attack bonus
Sting - medium fatigue, GR 0.57, medium attack bonus, high defensive penalty
Tranquilize - medium fatigue, GR 0, no attack bonus, medium defensive bonus, followup Wyvernfang
(Wyvernfang - low fatigue, GR 0.88, medium attack bonus, snare)

DW
Inflame - medium fatigue, GR 0.57, no attack bonus, medium defensive penalty
Misty Gloom - high fatigue, GR 0.43, low attack bonus
Obscure - medium fatigue, GR 0, no attack bonus, high defensive bonus

CS
Garrote - high fatigue, GR 0.72, medium attack bonus, medium defensive penalty, followup Achilles Heal
(Achilles Heel - medium fatigue, GR 1.0, medium attack bonus, haste debuff)

this is of course to backup DF or hamstring.
which one you'll use?

i know from my days as a SB that using garrote makes you run out of end very fast with out a pot and even with the 3 end pot this will be not optimal.
