Rolling a new infiltrator for the first time in years since Alb Guinevere days. I wanted to know if you are given any respecs, or if the only way to get respec stones are from dargon / legion? Will influence how I decide to spec character to level since I'll be autotraining stealth.

You get a free single respec at 20 and 40 that you have to use at that level, it doesnt carry over. Other respecs will only be from the dragon.
