What is the difference between 39+11 and 44+11 damage at this patch level? Is there benefit to going above 50 composite?

I remember a noticeable difference in damage and defense penetration from going from 39staff to 44staff. I cannot quantify this though... AND In uthgard 2.0, 44 staff should grant higher dmg and higher defense penetration (Weaponskill).

50 staff specc is pretty much obsolete as friars only get 1.5 specc points here. Therefore, 50staff does not leave enough points to get last AF and Dex/qui selfbuffs.
