Hallo zusammen,
ich wollte mich nach längerer Zeit mit meiner Gmail Adresse einloggen, da verweist der mich auf Google login. Soweit sogut, ich lande bei der Realm Auswahl obwohl ich doch in dem Reich rauskommen sollte wo ich meine Chars habe ?
Hat da jemand eine Idee ? ..ich hatte da zwar was auf English gefunden im Forum aber ich blicke da gar nicht durch. Danke schonmal

Du solltest dich so anmelden, wie du dich zuletzt angemeldet hattest. Wenn du deine chars auf einem Konto mit email-login hattest, musst du dich auch wieder mit email anmelden.
Solltest du auf dem NEUEN account Charaktere erstellt haben, lösche diese lieber. Sonst kann es dir passieren, dass du wegen mehr als ein main account komplett gebannt wirst

Danke für deine Antwort, aber ich habe nicht die Möglichkeit mich nur mit der Gmail Adresse anzumelden, ich komme da automatisch zu Sign in with Google Account, die Mailadressen sind ja die selben,Kommt mir so vor als würde das als neuer Account angesehen werden obwohl ich da in meinem Reich rauskommen sollte. Oder sind die Chars weg seit der Umstellung 2019...ich blicke da eben nicht durch ...Hängt das damit zusammen ? aus dem Support Forum


Unable to login using Microsoft authentification

Recently Microsoft changed their authentication API which we currently not supported yet.
To regain access to your account please follow these steps:

Sign out with your Microsoft account
Create a new Account using a non-Microsoft identity provider (e.g. Google, Facebook).
Sign in with your newly created account and visit: Manage Account
Navigate to the "Reserved Character Names" register
Enter your Microsoft email address and click "Confirm Email"
Open your Microsoft inbox to confirm linking your Microsoft account to the newly created account
Click "Play" and visit the realm selection once to finalize the account creation
Contact an Uthgard Staff member using IRC or PM and provide your Microsoft and newly created email address
We will then perform an identification check as well as an update to your Account
When everything was successful you will then be able to access your Account using the newly created email address


Note: Please do not post any of your email addresses publicly on our forums. This may reveal your personal information like name and surname.

Uthgard wurde mit version 2.0 komplett gewipt. Alle Charaktere vor dem großen serverdown wurden gelöscht. Mit einer gmail-Adresse landet man wohl direkt bei der Google-Anmeldung. Du kannst unter Manage Account > Reserved Character Names email-Adressen von Uthgard V1 angeben

da ich aber unter Reserved Names keine Namen habe sind wohl alle gelöscht. Glaube gilt nur für 50er und da war ich kurz davor. LG

Wenn du der Meinung bist auf uth2 schon gespielt zu haben guck doch mal im Herald nach deinen Charnamen. Sind sie vorhanden, hast du doch eine andere Email benutzt.
